The Belgaum Builders & Developers Association is affiliated to CREDAI, National. he CREDAI, Belgaum was formed in the year 2007 with initiation of bringing all the Builders together under a single platform. The main motto was to insist the administration to form the new Bye Laws & Zonal Regulations. This is now fully accomplished by the Government of Karnataka Notification during March 2014. The Members have fully supported for this cause as the focus of the Association was not only for self, but also for the industry. There was a support for registration of the construction workers working with the Builders. This broad vision has helped the Association to grow in leaps & bounds.
The Belgaum Builders & Developers Association was the one which brought the City Corporation of Belgaum, BUDA, Architects, Lawyers, Engineers and the common Citizens under one roof and conducted seminar to form Zonal Regulations & Bye laws. The Bye Laws formed was well appreciated by everyone and even BUDA have adopted the same for their revision.
The strong team for the year 2013-14 under the dynamic leadership of Shri Chaitanya Kulkarni is working on the agenda which was decided on the day of taking over. Now the Association is focused and decided to work on various Social, Environmental matters, promotion of overall Belgaum City, Airport Development etc.
